About Dost

We are Dost, a friend who has supported caregivers in unlocking their children’s potential since 2017. Our mission is to create a safe and loving environment for every child to learn, develop and thrive. Dost supports parents to aid whole child development by providing them with quality early learning and responsive caregiving resources through simple 1-minute phone calls without needing the internet.

“Bachpan Manao, Badhte Jao” is a societal mission and a celebration to recognise the abundance of childhood for the 0-8 year olds in India. The mission, incubated by EkStep Foundation, was born out of a collaborative effort of a wide range of individuals and organisations invested in the idea of learning and childhood in India, “Baatein, Sneh, Khel” is Dost Education’s way to visually bring to life & demystify what “Responsive Caregiving” can look like while connecting with all of the mission’s key opportunities areas.
