A little away from the central main city is the family of architects. Usha and Rajat have studied architecture, with Rajat having his own business and Usha gearing up to support the same! They live in a joint family, in their own 2-bedroom independent house with their twin girls, Rajat’s parents and his grandmother. They have two courtyards, one in front covered with different plants and a space for the children to play and dry clothes, while the other in the back for connecting it with other houses where other relatives live. The twin’s scribbles cover the walls of the house, along with photos, certificates of their father’s architectural designs. Everyone in the family contributes in different ways while taking care of Riyanshi & Ruanshi. From grandma dropping off and picking them up at Anganwadi centre, their grandpa and father playing with them in the afternoon and night, to their mother teaching and dressing them up in matching clothes.
